The hotel is visually stunning and offers an incredible pool area, but we encountered various small issues that detracted from the overall experience given the high price point. While the service at the bars and restaurants was phenomenal, the value for money felt lacking due to these inconsistencies. Despite this, the amenities and friendly staff made for a memorable stay.

I had a wonderful experience at this resort. The grounds are beautifully kept, providing a tranquil and relaxing atmosphere. The beach and pool areas are stunning, though availability of chairs can be an issue if you arrive late. The service was outstanding, and I was pleased with the quality of the food. However, the dining wait times were quite long, particularly for the specialty restaurants.

I had an amazing time at this resort! The beach is beautiful, and there are plenty of clean pools with great amenities. The food and drink service is exceptional, especially by the pools where a waiter brings snacks right to you. However, I did find the seaweed on the beach to be more than I expected, but it didn’t ruin my swimming experience. Overall, excellent value for money, and I can't wait to return!

While I appreciated the beautiful rooms and the attentive housekeeping service, my stay was marred by a frustrating check-in and check-out experience driven by persistent timeshare pitches. The dining was hit or miss, with excellent presentation overshadowed by some culinary missteps. Overall, the amenities were great, but the stress from the sales tactics left me hesitant to recommend it wholeheartedly.
